In most cases we will take a mould of your teeth which will be sent to a specialist laboratory to make whitening trays that fit precisely. These are supplied to you with whitening gel and you simply wear the trays overnight for a couple of weeks while your teeth are gently and gradually whitened.

Then you can “top up” your whiteness by using the trays occasionally after that. Your dentist will be able to explain everything when you visit.
